Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Please contact us first at munbd2008@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization along with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us at munbd2008@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged). Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, including any shipping charges.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is free for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used personal-care items or items that are not in their original condition, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing munbd2008@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
