Shipping Policy

Livzy Home (livzyhome.com) currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods processing may take slightly longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.

Delivery times

Our products are fulfilled by partner warehouses. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Items shipped from a US warehouse: 3–7 business days
  • Items shipped from an overseas warehouse: approximately 7–15 business days

The expected shipping method and timeframe are shown at checkout. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect transit times.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. Any faster shipping options, if offered, and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at munbd2008@gmail.com; we can only change the address before the order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at munbd2008@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos within 7 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy). We will work with the carrier and our warehouse to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
